Founded originally in 2014 on a part-time basis, LE started as a small business that was initially designed to specialize in upscale cake and dessert buffet Industry. Our services has since expanded to total events, draping, catering and a variety of ongoing services. We want to meet the needs of the ever changing event world. LE will strives to provide the same satisfactory and professional working environment to our clients. LE provides event planning in a wide range of applications. How far in advance should i book?
We pride ourselves in quality and customer satisfaction.We always encourage our clients to book in advance to ensure a secure booking date . Preparation is key. Here are the booking deadlines for each service:

What is your policy?
Luxevents is a licensed Company under the government of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
Cancellation:
- Please Note: All bookings require a 50% deposit (non refundable) to secure your booking date and to cover cost of preparations in the event of cancellation. All balances are due no later (4 weeks for weddings and events/1 week for dessert buffets) then the booking date. Should a FULL payment be made prior to the booking date, and
cancellations are made before the booking date, the customer should received receive a line of credit up to ONE year of the full value of their booking.
Damaged & Losses - Customers are also responsible for any, loss or damage to LuxEvents equipment resulting fromthe conduct of event attendees and of staff not employed by LuxEvents.
Customers are responsible for the repairs or replacements up to the full value of the lost items, including shipping and handling.
Damage or loss will be assessed as soon as possible after conclusion of the event. All visible
damage will be photographed on site whenever possible.
Break Down Policy - Customers are responsible to make sure someone is present at the time of breakdown of event.
- Allergies
- Please Note: There are allergies present on dessert buffets i.e. nuts, coconut, almond extracts
etc. Please notify us of any customized request for allergies at the time of booking. Luxevents
will not responsible for any allergies after bookings are made.
Do you have wedding or baby shower packages?
No, unfortunately we have learnt that all clients are different.We customize every event from beginning to end. By filling out the booking form we filter your information and contact you to discuss the design details.

Luxevents has been WPIC (Wedding Planning Istituted of Canada) Certified in Wedding & Event Coordination. However our planning services have been suspended until further notice.
Do you provide cakes?
No, we feel that cakes are an intimate and personal experience for our clients.However we can refer you to a few vendors that can.
